Under their Partners, press What are you trying to fix?, then Something else…, and choose the option saying someone is listed as their partner who shouldn't be. It's a tricky one, but we'll walk you through it – grab a cuppa and maybe a notepad. Because children may be involved, we'll ask whose children are whose, so everyone ends up with the right parents. And the partner question always offers "Neither – family another way", in case they're really a sister, parent or child.
