Coming soon: yes, any time – and you'll never be charged twice. Renewing early adds 12 months, and the page shows your new date straight away – for example, "Your tree is now paid up until 17 April 2028". Now and then we'll include a renewal offer with your reminders – a gentle nudge, never a chase. For example, say Sally's tree is due in May and she renews in March: she pays once, and her tree runs to the following May.
