It shows each time you sign in until you tell it you're done – then it bows out politely. Want it back? Press Show the welcome page again in your Personal settings.
Where to find it
Press your name in "Signed in as" (top row) → your card opens → Personal settings on the card's button row → My Details → The welcome page → Show the welcome page again
On a phone: if the card's buttons are tucked away, press ☰ Menu first.
