Recent Activity shows every change: what changed, from what to what, and who did it. One tick puts it back. For example, if Nan's birthday suddenly says 1932 instead of 1923, you can see who changed it and when, and put it right in a moment. The owner and admins can see everyone's changes.
Where to find it
Settings (bottom row of the top bar, far right) → Recent Activity
Only people with the "Undo saves and restore" tick.
On a phone: if the Settings tabs are tucked away, press ☰ Menu (top left) first.
