Invite them from Settings, under Your family tree – invites only go to people who are already on the tree, so it's family only. For example, to invite your sister Kate, make sure she's on the tree, then send her an invite and choose what she can do. If she'd rather not join, she can tick "Please don't invite me again" and she won't be asked again. There's no limit on how many family you invite, though each person can send up to 6 a day.
