No – a refresh puts you right back where you were. You land on the same person's page, still in Edit if you were using it, with Safe edit on or off just as you left it. Anything you'd typed but not saved yet is lost, so save first. For example, say you're editing Grandad George with Safe edit on and the page reloads – you're back on George, still in Edit, Safe edit still on.

On a phone: if the card's buttons are tucked away, press ☰ Menu first.
