Coming soon
Coming soon: they're safe. When a bigger tree isn't renewed, it goes back to the free 200 people. Everyone on the tree gets 48 hours with the whole tree from their own first sign-in after that, then sees themselves and their own 199 closest relatives. Everyone else is hidden and kept safely for 12 months, and we email 30 days before anything hidden is deleted. Until then the owner can always download the whole tree, and everyone else can press Download my part. Renew and they're all back in a blink, exactly as they were. For example, say Sally's tree isn't renewed: Grandma signs in a week later and still has 48 hours with the whole tree before she sees her own 200.
